I am always reminded or told by criminal Kagame’s goons that Burundi is a failed state. I hope the wishful thinkers know that, the Chinese vice president SE LI Yuanchao with a big trade delegation are in Burundi for a state visit.
The Burundian authority are quite and doing their things. In case this visit was in Rwanda, Goshhhh, Kagame’s public relation machine would have trumpet up the visit; telling the naive souls how important and special he is. And how his peasant economy is attracting investors thus making Rwanda the African Singapore – centre of economic investment.
