His family have asked his superiors at the police, and the police’s answer “we haven’t seen him or heard from him.” The family has visited all hospitals and police cells in Kigali, there relative is nowhere to be seen.
We all know how Paul Kagame’s criminal government operatives, Mr Murenzi Wilson must be in either a safe house or in those horrible military detentions going through intensive torture and other horrendous human degradation any one can imagine.
