The lifeless body below is of Jean de Dieu Musafili, a worker of S.B.S and a resident of Kigali. His body was discovered on 28th/10/18 with marks of strangulation on his neck. According to his friends, his wallet was still intact in his pocket and nothing removed from it – including money. Therefore, a robbery should be ruled out.
He left his house on Saturday, never called any one and didn’t return home that night something which he doesn’t do, only for his body to be discovered on the Sunday, 4/10/18.
According to his friends, of recently he has been receiving threatening calls from unknown people. Obviously he would report the issues to the police, and the police would promise to investigate. According to friends, the deceased didn’t have any single problem with anyone. They suspect, may be, he may have said a wrong word(s) that may have hard a political connotation(s).
At the moment, all Rwandans know who threatens citizens in the country. Currently, we all know the only people/institution allowed to take lives of the citizens.
