Forget about the rest of Directorate of Military Intelligence programed agents masquerading as presidential candidates. The next presidential election comedy in Rwanda will be between criminal Paul Kagame who has already rigged the elections and Miss Diane Shima Rwigara.
It will be about a representative of evil – Kagame vs the representative of light – Diane. It will be about the promoter of darkness – Kagame vs the promoter of hope – Diane. It will be between the creed of hate and death – Kagame vs love and life – Diane.
The well fixed contest will be between stone age ideologies of incarcerations, torture and killings – Kagame vs the liberal ideology of respect of human rights – Diane…… etc. To me, despite the election being already rigged by the narcissistic criminal. Diane Shima Rwigara is already my winner.
