The RPF led government’s demise is soon but who is ready to unite Rwanda

There are these inspiring words written by True Blue Fox “The largest threat to any democracy is the loss of honest and civil dialogue. Through the loss of honesty we begin to believe lie after lie until our entire world view is based upon a dystopian fantasy of our own collective design. Through the loss of civility we lose the ability to compromise, to trust, and most importantly: to see the other side as human.” (Fox, 2016)

Looking back on our Rwanda history -we still have a road we haven’t travelled yet-and that is a road towards truth-living in Rwanda today as Tutsis and Hutus is not easy-both of them fear for their lives-Rwanda is a land that you may want to compare to Nazi and Jews settlement after world war two-one fear revenge other fears the continuing of slaughter.

The Rwanda Patriotic Front (RPF led government) strongly stands by those who fear their perpetrators may still have mind to exterminate them hence mind and thought control. The RPF reassures them that it is on their side and nothing as such ever will happen to them hence the RPF led government political strategy to implement laws and policies that heavily scrutinise extremism in Hutu ethnic and if you would compare to what is happening in Rwanda today it is as if Jews controlling the Nazi behaviour after world war II by implementing a tight control over their movement, their speech and their action.

The Hutu ethnic in Rwanda has no real power to make decision and be political or no political –and those Hutu on high rank such as ministers and member of parliament ,they have no really power to make decision hence some say that Hutus in Rwanda are suffering from psychological torture and most of them are very traumatised as they always hesitant of their own freedom in their own motherland and under the government led by RPF , lies after lies “I am Rwandan” while on top discrimination is real.

The discrimination against Hutus by the current government is half-truth because the truth is not told fully when you don’t visit memorial sites all around the country and see what a Hutu extremist can do to those he considers snakes. A country of thousand hills and thousands memorial sites all Tutsi victims of 1994 genocide carried out by Hutu regime-their justice and who killed them (to their family and to all of us ) who killed these innocent Tutsis civilian has never been brought to book because is either unknown or protected by those who don’t want the whole truth to come out-The RPF government has instead ventured into justice counter attack against those innocent civilians that I may call lambs sacrificed for all sins committed on Rwandan soil as the real criminal are untouchable, the authors of Tutsis genocide are hidden behind a blood stained curtain of those sacrificed lambs while the floods of blood they caused are drying up.

The flooded blood in Rwanda drying up-it is fine for those who feel they have escaped justice because those perpetrators of genocide against Tutsis are assured that justice has been lost. Their freedom has been assured, as all memories of hellish moment they created are erased. Some Hutu extremists in the DR Congo jungles claiming the freedom they never granted to others but this Hutu armed force is also a threat to those who were narrowly escaped their death machines. The USA and other loving peace people have listed FDLR as one of the terrorists organisation that is hurting the world today but this organisation supported by Rwanda’s current broken foreign policy and society, FDLR is gaining strength, no day passes by without hearing of its atrocities against innocent civilians and not far from the border of Rwanda.

The impunity enjoyed by FDLR and its supporters all around the world means that the survival of a Tutsi ethnic remains under threat while those Tutsis who feel they fight for their rights to be also end up committing human rights violation and their impunity is also a worrisome to human being. The task ahead for all Rwandans, is to be able to live without fear and that will come from good leadership that favours unity among the people of Rwanda not one ethnic or tribe hence I truly believe that two barriers to our true democracy is FDLR and RPF and when we are able to deny those two extremists political parties to be part of our lives, we will become one people in one country.

I therefore think, if you want a positive change for all Rwandans, don’t support FDLR and its sponsors (most those small opposition political parties whose their ideology is built on of that from FDLR) and don’t support RPF but support independent that will fix what is broken.
