The Biden Administration has declined to designate an Ambassador for Rwanda.
Question:
(a) ssuming the Biden administration designated an Ambassador for Rwanda, would the Senate approve the appointee since there is a cut-throat Joint Resolution against Rwanda?
(b) Is Rwanda insignificant for the U.S.A in its regional Balance of Power (BOP) system?
(c) Does the unusual U.S A government decision speak to uncomfortable U.S.A-Rwanda relationship? What should Rwanda do?
(d) What’s the political and economic impact of this unusual U.S.A government decision to Rwanda?
(e) How and why did Rwanda fall from grace with the U.S.A?
