Theogene Rudasingwa’s Letter to H.E Pierre Nkurunziza congratulating him and his party for identifying who killed former President Cyprien Ntaryamira

I am writing to congratulate you and your party, CNDD-FDD, for seeking justice regarding the killing of Burundi’s former President, H.E Cyprien Ntaryamira by Paul KAGAME in 1994.

I would like Your Excellency to know that many Rwandans, including myself, have been on the forefront of seeking redress for Paul Kagame’s action of shooting down the plane in which the President of Rwanda, Juvenal Habyalimana, and Burundi’s President, Cyprian Ntaryamira, and all their entourage, were killed.

You can count on our support to the Burundian people and government to leave no stone unturned in bringing to justice the perpetrators of this terrorist act.
