TO KAGAME: STOP KILLINGS, ASSASSINATIONS, MURDERS, KIDNAPPINGS AND PERSECUTIONS OF INNOCENT CHILDREN OF GOD

Open letter to General Paul Kagame by Nyangaburofa Mayor

RE: STOP KILLINGS, ASSASSINATIONS, MURDERS, KIDNAPPINGS AND PERSECUTIONS OF INNOCENT CHILDREN OF GOD

This is a personal letter

The way your government is persecuting your citizens is the manner of brute force. You have wreaked vengeance upon those whom you consider to be your enemies and we demand that you reverse the process.

We feel that the law that governs the brute creation…..is inconsistent with human dignity and its a shaming to try to seek the peace of Rwandans through the bloody and persecution means.

I feel in the Most recesses of my heart …..that Rwanda is sick unto death of blood- spilling and Rwanda is seeking a way out to the hungering Rwanda.

It is a matter of deep humiliation that Rwanda is a house divided against itself, that the Kigali regime is killing and persecuting its citizens. It’s a matter of still deeper humiliation that Rwanda government still follow the law of the savages and archaic laws where the children shall pay for the sins of their fathers and this has degraded Rwandan society as a society of brutes and savages.

General kagame, remember late General Gisa Fred Rwigyema promise to Rwandans during the liberation war ” that you must follow the law and no one shall be put to death unjustly and without a cause and you must allow courts of law to handle cases without any influence and failure to follow the law will lead to the collapse of your government and you will not rule a long time”!

At this juncture , on behalf of the persecuted Rwandans and semi- starved millions, I appeal to the conscience of the world to come to the rescue of a people dying to regain their liberty and freedom.

Love,

Nyangaburofa Mayor
