Spyreports can now authoritatively report that Uganda’s security, run circles around DMI’s sophisticated operations to disgracefully assassinate, one of Uganda’s high profile professional personalities.
Miss Rwanda 2016, Jolly Mutesi, was the candidate chosen by DMI, given relevant training that involved, a long list of experts, to get to DR. RUGARI, and either disorient him away from exposing the Kigali regime & eliminate him later quietly by DMI or get Mutesi to poison him straight away.
Besides, DMI experts, Jolly Mutesi spent days with a senga known as “Cheri Chouchou”, an expert in the art of seduction and Clair Akamanzi, whose role in the preparing Jolly Mutesi is obscure.
DR. GIDEON RUKUNDO RUGARI, a surgeon & head of Department of Minimum Access Surgery at Mulago Hospital, has been a victim of character assassination by DMI. Paul Kagame had $ 200,000 USDs placed on his head through Dan Munyuza & Dan Munyuza is under pressure to deliver.
According to DMI profiling through ‘friends’ close to Dr Rugari, who are double agents and working with DMI, Dr Rugari could easily be nailed using an intelligent & beautiful woman. Dr Rugari is well known for his intelligent & vastly researched publications in professional Journals, on social media, in the Uganda Medical Association where he lost his bid for President to Dr Obuku Ekwaro, in the Association of Surgeons of Uganda and in the College of Surgeons of Eastern, Central and Southern Africa.
One of the consistent lines of attacks by DMI on Dr Rugari, has been that he loves skirts. Within the inside of DMI, however, it’s said two women ( names withheld), were interviewed and they failed to fit the profile that would trap Dr Rugari. This is when Jolly Mutesi was brought in the picture & she was very enthusiastic about completing the mission on behalf of her country. We can’t confirm that this is Dr Rugari’s character, a man who is largely absent from high social life, even when he can afford it.
Dr Rugari is married and has five children who, as of this year, are studying outside Uganda.
It’s undisputed that the 2017 Uganda Medical Association election contest, where Dr Rugari lost to Dr Obuku Ekwaro, will go down in history as one of the most competitive elections in the UMA history.
Jolly Mutesi is a DMI operative, but also one who is very intelligent and able to walk toe to toe with Dr Rugari, in intellectual debates that the latter loves a lot.
Although we can’t confirm this, Dr Rugari’s ‘friends’ could have managed to put him in touch with Jolly Mutesi. From our sources, Dr Rugari has been out of the country since before Christmas.
However, Uganda’s security headed by Brig General Abel Kanduho summoned Dr Rugari to come back home. Our sources intimate that both Dr Rugari & Jolly Mutesi’s communications were being closely monitored by Uganda’s security.
When Spyreports contacted Dr Rugari, he responded that he was busy at work & would call later. He hasn’t called and didn’t pick when we attempted to call him again.
We also reached out to Jolly Mutesi and his WhatsApp messages were recieved by his assistant who responded that Jolly Mutesi can’t communicate using non encrypted systems. The assistant demanded for end to end encryption communication which we have no access to.
