We are tired of collecting dead bodies from Rwandan forces, it’s like they have a law that every Ugandans suspected of committing a crime should be executed.
Am sure if it was Uganda shooting and killing Rwandans at the border or in Uganda, Kagame would be making noise all over the world, in his cry baby tone.
Who is issuing these orders to kill, does it surprise you that those that shoot to kill are never apprehended, sorry I had forgotten his other name is Pilato the executioner.
