I am wondering why emphasis is put on removing a person that has done his best to curb crime, currently a group of mafia’s have formed a click to dislodge Frank Bagyenda Kaka. Their motive is simple and clearly it’s funded by Paul Kagame whose main opponents are those he can’t influence.
Frank Bagyenda Kaka is accused of interfering with mafia deals sabotaging well organized criminal gangs and frustrating Kagame/Kayihura plans.
Is all this done in the interest of Uganda? If yes then why has he became the enemy of a section that deals directly with these mafia groups?
As Long as Uganda’s security is influenced by the Mafia in that they can blackmail anyone that comes their way, then we will continue to have criminal gangs ahead of security in Kampala therefore those crying of increased crime must be more prepared.
Ugandans should join hands and fight those supporting these criminal gangs.
