In his last days before falling in ambush of Pilato’s DMI operatives, Joshua Rugyera Nteireho noted to a friend, “abayayi nibenda kundyayo,” literally meaning, the thugs want to eliminate me.
For years, Pilato’s DMI has been building several intelligence cells in Uganda especially during the time of double agent Kale Kayihura. Credit be given to Uganda’s intelligence services for trying their best to uproot these DMI terrorist cells that have been embedding within Uganda’s social setup for the past 19 years, especially during double agent Kale Kayihura’s era.
Uganda’s intelligence agencies are countering a monster – DMI, Pilato’s DMI has unlimited resources at their disposal. Despite challenges of resources, Uganda’s intelligence agencies are doing their best to counter Pilato’s DMI thugs, with resources for these intelligence agencies, Pilato’s DMI would be history in Uganda.
