It is only in Rwanda where you have to register with police before your allowed to enter a court. Today, during The Rwigara family court hearing, before being allowed within the court premises, everyone had to register their particulars with the police.
Registration by the police was a must and those that didn’t have IDs, they were denied entry and turned back……an intimidation tactic to deter citizens from attending this soap opera court hearing against an innocent family.
