As all Rwandans know, Rushyashya is Rwanda’s Directorate of Military Intelligence owned tabloid. Nothing and nothing can ever be published in this tabloid without the approval of DMI. All the articles are approved and edited by Rwanda’s dreaded DMI.
This week, on 20th/03/2018, the Directorate of Military Intelligence tabloid published an article entitled “The deputy head of Uganda police, Brig Gen Sabiti Mzee may be killed by Jeanette Museveni.” (Uganda: Umukuru wa Polisi wungirije Jenerali de Brig. Sabiti Mzee Mugyenyi ashobora kwicwa na Jeannette Museveni).
The article and the thrilling title must have been approved by criminal Paul Kagame himself, especially when you consider that his DMI owns the tabloid and the accusation of the person – 1st lady of Uganda in the article.
There are two reasons as to why DMI must have written and published such an article.
1) Rwanda’s Directorate of Military Intelligence may be encroaching on Brig Gen Sabiti Mzee, and they are planning to eliminate him; thus, they are creating the ground work on who the blame will fall.
DMI has always used the same modus operandi in the past and using thier mouth piece – Rushyashya to spread the cooked up story.
For example, in early 2014, they spent weeks publishing how Gen Kayumba Nyamwasa has problems with FDRL especially with Gen Sylvestre Mudacumura, FDRL’s defacto leader. And DMI’s mouthpiece Rushyashya would always narrate how Gen Sylvestre Mudacumura has sent assassins to eliminate Gen Kayumba Nyamwasa.
Then in February 2014, we had how South Africa’s intelligence services foiled an assassination attempt on Gen Kayumba Nyamwasa. On 7th March 2014, the South African authority expelled Rwanda’s diplomats over subversive activities. And a diplomatic row broke out between Johannesburg and Kigali.
All the fabricated articles that where published by Rushyashya on claims that FDRL- Gen Mudacumura was having a dispute with Gen Kayumba; where mainly meant as ground preparation that in case Kigali had succeeded in assassinating Gen Kayumba, FDRL and especially Gen Mudacumura would have taken the blame for the assassination. Kigali with their over paid Public Relations machines would have sold the FDRL – Mudacumura narrative as they massage and try to control imaging issues with a fabricated discourse.
Therefore, the Rushyashya article on Jeanette Museveni and Brig Gen Sabiti article may fall under this DMI deception master plan.
2) Another probable reason why DMI may have gone for such a character assassinating article against the first lady of another country, may be on the grand picture of presidential succession objectives. One thing that Rwanda’s DMI doesn’t do, it’s to act aimlessly without a grand plan behind their usual evil objectives.
Criminal Paul Kagame can never allow any succession issues to be talked, manoeuvred or planned in Uganda especially within state house Entebbe without his direct or indirect influence. DMI must be in privy of succession talks within state house Entebbe that me and you – the common men/women that don’t know.
For sure, DMI would never write, edit and publish such an article without objectives, aims and goals to be achieved.
