Kagame and his junta are trying to appeal on emotions so that the Global Fund reopens in Rwanda although the Kagames have failed to return to Global Fund all monies found missing.
The ” campaign” to publicize malaria cooked statistics is to show that there is an emergency situation Global Fund must attend to although their money is uncounted for. That’s the game. We might see people ” demonstrating” because malaria is killing them !!!! That’s a trap for Global Fund!!
