President Kagame, just like any other human being has his strength and weakness,but the Kagame that I know as one of the first cadres of NRM idealogy and later a ruthless leader of the RPF cannot tolerate military indispline.
For example in the past few weeks,RDF soldiers shamelessly envaded homes in banyahe and not only did they rape women but also beat up their husbands in an act of pure military indispline and nothing was done to purnish them, something that is not synonymous with RDF under Kagame as a commander in chief.
We have also watched as un serious and un coordinated instructions are being given by those running the government and it’s very obvious that the bull isn’t in the kraal.
See the baganda have a saying that ” nanyinimu watali ebikele bilinya enjju” so as a concern neighbor and friend of Rwanda,iam concern and therefore ask those who are mascaraed in to be running the government in the name of our brotherly leader and friendly neighbor,where is president Paul Kagame ?????
