On Thursday of last week criminal Paul Kagame promoted officers and men of the RDF, this happened after a night of intensive closed door meeting with his top and trusted house boy generals. (Read my previous post/Wednesday & Thursday)
For those who have been following criminal Paul Kagame’s dirty political chess games will remember/know that Criminal Paul Kagame always promotes a great number of his militias before a political or military event is nearly happening.
In 2003 he promoted a great number of his militias, and after promiting them, he sent them to their deaths in DR Congo under the rebellion of Congolese Rally for Democracy (RCD) of General Jean-Pierre Ondekane. At end of 2006, criminal Paul Kagame promoted his militias and sent them to their deaths in DR Congo under the rebellion of The National Congress for the Defence of the People (CNDP) of Gen Laurent Nkunda.
In 2010, before his usual scam and sham election in 2010, the criminal ruler promoted his senior officers and then awarded himself 93% of presidential election win.
In 2012, criminal Paul Kagame promoted some members of his militia and then send them to their death in DR Congo under the M23 of Gen Bosco Ntaganda and General Sultani Makenga.
In 2015, he promoted some members of his militia in the RDF, then at the end of the year changed the constitution that allowed him to be a king of the little enclave.
In 2016, after assassinating Kigeli V Ndahindurwa, he promoted his militias in the RDF and police.
Last year, he promoted members of his militia army and then awarded himself 99% of presidential election, anointing himself the kingship of the country.
In any employment promotion, what comes in minds of employers/Human resource department, its the increased salaries to pay employee(s) that have been promoted. In this case, employers to criminal Paul Kagame’s militias of RDF are Rwandans, because they are tax payers who pay their salaries.
For those who follow the economic outlook of Rwanda, know very well that the country is economically broke with a high deficit gap and dwindling revenue collections due to collapse of economic variables like small scale trading, next to zero export, mortgage foreclosures, increased numbers of business foreclosures/bankruptcy, capital flight…etc.
Where will Kagame get the funds for paying these newly promoted officers and his oversized militia group? Obviously through over borrowing; and the country is already mortgaged with both internal and external debts nearly reaching the 3 Billion USA dollar mark, a Country the size of South Kivu with such a debt burden.
Now that he has promoted his militias and most of these militias are in the intelligence services/DMI. What is criminal Paul Kagame scheming? Where is he planning to send these men to their deaths before even enjoying their newly given ranks?
