Rwanda: Images of protests against a regime of criminals and bandits led by Paul Kagame. Yesterday was Ethiopia, today it is Rwanda’s turn. If Ethiopia does not deserve a dictator, why does Rwanda? Why does Kagame get a pass when he falsifies his country’s constitution so he can stay in power? Why is everyone in international community making noise about Burundi and DRC but not Rwanda?
Notice Burundi and DRC’s current dictatorships are much younger than Rwanda’s. Why is Kagame allowed to rule Rwanda for over a quarter of a century? Some say, people love him. No they don’t. Look at the images! Listen to those voices! Rwandans are maliciously forced to tolerate the guy. They are harassed, jailed and murdered when they speak out against Kagame’s crimes and ill conceived policies.
What if Rwandans could speak with one voice? What if Kagame’s opposition could unite against him? If no foreigner will make noise about Rwanda, Rwandans will make noise on their own and they will put all hypocrites out there to shame. If Ethiopians can do it, sure Rwandans can do it.
