Death President Kagame Paul of Rwanda has got biological weapon of mass destruction at a zero cost and its neighbors should be on the highest alert:
Rwanda should be penalized for spreading Coronavirus to the neighboring countries & other states where RwandAir goes.
Rwanda had refused to announce coronavirus cases which were there since December 2019 but due to fears that tourists could be scared to come visit Rwanda. Also, because of CHOGM which was to be held in June this year they kept it a secret though foreign missions including WHO were monitoring the epidemic.
Some missions called the health minister & asked her why Rwanda was not reporting the epidemic but the poor Dr. Diane Gashumba had tasted it bitter in times of Ebola & she feared to say anything before terrorist Kagame Paul’s approval.
Diplomatic Missions started questioning death President Kagame directly but he started his games of playing innocent. Rwanda has lost more than 20 prisoners in Murindi because of the epidemic but they claim to be having only 8 people who tested positive & recovering.
