Ms. Diane Rwigara was arrested together with her sister and mother, after she attempted to run for President. Kagame assassinated Diane Shima Rwigara ‘s ather before she attempted to run for president.
Diana Rwigara’s sister is an American Citizen. The US intervened and Diana Rwigara’s sister was released ” on bail” immediately. For a year or so, Kagame kept the Rwigaras in prison, confiscated their property, demolished their family three star hotel in Kigali city and harrassed the entire family.
A protage of Bill Clinton, Tony Blair and other Western thieves without borders, Kagame appeared to get away with everything; international pressure meant nothing to the insane bloody dictator of Rwanda. Not anymore.
More than releasing all prisoner, which he has not yet, Kagame is required to: ( i) abandon his life president scheme and relinquish power, ( ii) open up political space, ( iii) embrace democratic values, ( iv) dialogue with his political opponents and ( v) stop destabilizing and/or ruining the neiboring countries.
Will Kagame meet these touch demands, which would bring an end to his bloody dictatorship, or he will play his usual tricks and risk the looming civil war to dislodge his junta?
I have copied my previous post to recap the sequence of events leading to what Kagame junta has called release on bail of Ms. Diane Shima Rwigara and her mother.
