criminal paul kagame and his pal, the Secretary General of the African Union – Moussa Faki Mahamat are behind the plan to reduce Burundian forces serving in Somalia under the African Mission in Somalia (AMISOM). Since its formation, AMISOM forces' monetary budget has always been met/donated by the European Union through the African Union.
Criminal Paul Kagame as the Chairperson of the African Union clandestinely campaigned through Moussa Faki Mahamat to restructure the component of AMISOM forces in Somalia. And the AU secretariat through its restructuring programme has decided to slash 1000 Burundian forces under AMISOM and planning to replace them with police officers, probably from Rwanda.
It should be noted that the reduction of this Burundian forces has nothing to do with lack of operation funds to maintain AMISOM work in Somalia, but a restructuring of AMISOM by AU secretariat despite the European Union funds still pouring into supporting these crucial security operations against all sorts of terrorists in the horn of Africa.
