On Wednesday, Rwanda’s mobile president was in Djibouti for what his media group called a state visit. In fact, this was a business visit camouflaged as a state visit. The ruler of Rwanda was making his second visit to Djibouti in less than a year and half. The Kagame family is investing heavily in Djibouti. Since 2016, Crystal Ventures – Kagame’s consortium and Hatari Sekoko – Kagame’s nephew have embarked in property development projects in Djibouti, buying shares in telecommunications companies and Kagame’s coffee shop franchise – Bourbon Coffee soon to open it’s doors in Djibouti.

The two rulers Kagame and Ismaïl Omar Guelleh, Rwanda and Djibouti respectively, have given each other land as token of their friendship. Kagame’s office has also been advising Djibouti on how to market and lobby for the country as a tourist destination, because of Djibouti’s beautiful long Beaches and coastal climate. For Rwanda’s ruler, he has a keen eye for cash.

On Wednesday, While Rwanda’s ruler was making cash in Djibouti. Next door neighbour, his nemesis, President Nkurunziza was heavily involved in providing food for 480 families and chairing a cabinet meeting.

The day you will see Kagame personally involved in delivering of food to starving souls of Rwanda, just know that Jesus Christ is soon descending from heaven.
